## Payment Information

Please make your payment by bank transfer.

Use your Order Number as the payment reference so that we can identify and process your payment correctly.

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing our complete bank details and payment instructions. Your order will be processed once your payment has been received and cleared in our account.

### Delivery

Shipping is free on orders of €100 or more. For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €10 applies.

Once your payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1 business day.

After shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email, allowing you to follow the delivery of your order.
